At touchnc.net, we are concerned about Spam and how it impacts your Internet experience. Over the last eight months, we have continually rolled out new and improved Spam protection for you.

We have recently rolled out new and improved Spam blocking, which you may want to take advantage of, if you haven't already. You can block Spam from ever reaching your mailbox by doing the following:

1. Open a browser, and access your personal Admin Tool by typing: http://admintool.touchnc.net. You will be prompted for a username and password. You should use your normal username for logging in, and your normal password.

2. You will see a screen with two choices on the left navigation bar. Select Change Settings.

3. You will come to a screen that allows you to change your password, turn FrontPage extensions on and off, and control your Spam filters. You should first make sure you have Spam Detection turned on. If you see NONE-No Spam Detection selected, you must select a setting from the dropdown menu.

4. Once you have your Spam Detection turned on, you may block Spam at the server by selecting from the dropdown menu next to Spam Blocking. You may select NONE, Block All Mail Flagged as Spam, or Block Most Spam. If you select Block All Mail Flagged as Spam, the system will delete all mail that it has tagged as Spam before it ever reaches your mailbox.

From this screen, you may also turn on auto responders, and/or forward your mail to another e-mail address.

5. Once you have completed your changes, click on the Next button. You will see a verification screen that shows you what your settings are. If you are satisfied, click the Make Changes button.

If you need assistance with your Spam settings, or any other aspect of your user settings, please feel free to contact technical support at: 866.698.0928. They will be happy to assist you.

Again, touchnc.net is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable Internet experience for you. We will continue to do all that we can to make sure that your experience is as free of Spam as possible.
